Let's Celebrate Chief Style!

Kubacak Elementary PTA is offering you the opportunity to celebrate your child's birthday by having their name and birthday (Month and Day only) displayed on the marquee sign in front of the school. The shout out cost $10 and will be displayed for 1 week. 

All Birthday request MUST be submitted 2 weeks BEFORE your student's birthday

This year we would also like to make their day extra special by offering a VIP Chief ADD ON option. For an additional $5, your student will have a Special Delivery delivered to their classroom the morning of their birthday. 

**If your student will be absent on their birthday please send us an email at KubacakPTA@gmail.com

** If your students birthday falls on the weekend, their items will be delivered the Friday before school lets out.

** If your students birthday falls during NO SCHOOL or During HOLIDAY BREAKS, their items will be delivered (Check with principal)

**** SUMMER BIRTHDAYS****

The marquee does run through summer so summer birthdays will not be missed!

If your students birthday falls during the summer, their items will be delivered in May

We ask that you limit the request to 1 per student.

If you are planning to pay cash or by check, please note that your purchase will not be complete until payment has been received. Payments may be sent to your student's teacher or the front office, please make sure it includes your students name, teacher and grade to insure we match up your payment correctly.
